It was very good and gave me a good amount of info for something so small. I was using an agent that did not know ANYTHING about downtown! I immediately looked at the listings for those realtors that described themselves as having lived in the downtown and served on community boards. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone who just listed their name! So, you are safe from those scoundrels!
