Apparently, the warring factions in the ongoing Lancaster Convention Center controversy have come to a agreement and County Commissioners ave withdrawn their opposition to the financing structure that had been proposed by the developer. The $170 million project, which is well underway anyway, is now clear to proceed as I understand it.
