  1. Most buildings love their environment the way we do. They are attached to the landscape and the neighborhood in a visual and aesthetic bond. Floods and tornadoes can cause irreparable damage to buildings and in extreme cases the entire structure may perish. So, it’s a good idea for residents of hazard prone areas to move their houses to a new location that is safe and secure from floods and tornadoes.

Each year more than thousand of houses and buildings are moved to a new location. This has a twin-fold benefit, we save landfill space and secondly millions of trees.

In case, you are not happy with your current location and wish to move, there are certain things that you need to know. First, when you will call a moving company they will come out and review your building and give you an estimate that will include costs of adding extra concrete slabs and any foundation work required for the move. Your structure has to rest on a strong footing so it can be raised and moved or your drywalls inside can crack.

Secondly, a moving company has to be reliable and well known so you have peace of mind while they lift, move and place your structure at the new location of your choice. Modern equipment and experienced staff will help your structural move. If you want, your structure can be lifted by a crane and shipped to your favorite destination in any part of the world.

House movers can move anything from houses, mobile homes, garages, heavy equipment, barns to historical structures.
