The Lancaster Career and Technology Center has successfully built a green home from the ground up over the last few years. The goal was to use the project as an incubator for their building trade students to get hands-on experience with emerging technologies. Well, the big day came and they finished the home for sale. Unfortunately, due to prior arrangements the listing went to another brokerage (I know, I know…don’t hold it against them) – not for my lack of effort to convince them to go with me. Irrespective of that, the folks at LCCTC are a class act and my hat is off to them. Help me to sell this home as the buyer’s agent!
